Belift

Belift is the pysyuendom/project of producer, writer, rapper, singer and CEO of Take The Impact, Alma Rodríguez-Rivera based in Los Angeles. Belift’s catalogue exudes pure experimentation with production and writing, such as mixing guitars and chords with processed and chopped drum-sets and percussion. In 2021, Alma debuted under the alias Biën (or elektra.com), where she released around 3 mixtapes in the span of 2 months, the last titled ‘Sweat’, a dance-techno instrumental album, in April 2022. That same year, she debuted the alias Vayó with mixtape ‘Feeling Well In Hell’. The mixtape led to her meeting iVixen, a co-owner of Take The Impact. In 2023, Alma officially moved to Belift, and this led to Alma finding the then one-person label, now known as Take The Impact.

In June 2023, Alma released her first project under Take The Impact, “Termina”, a 6 track extended play. It was accompanied 2 months later by a sister extended play titled “Curva”. In 2024, Alma released her first studio recording under Belift titled “Labyrinth”. The song ‘Divinity’ is a notable and popular standout from the recording. In April 2025, Alma surprise released her second studio recording on her birthday under Belift, ‘CYBERTOUCH’, without prior warning. This entailed a drastic change in her artistry, as the recording was a full-fleshed rap project, with the only feature being a verse from fellow labelmatr iVixen. Later that year, she dropped a remix edition entitled ‘RE-TOUCH’, featuring remixes from Sage Carnage, nerved, and eejaye, as well as a deluxe edition on Christmas titled ‘THE 304 EXPERIENCE’, containing popular standout track ‘GT-R’.
